Do you replace legal, tax or M&A advisors?
No. LinkwayFDI does not replace licensed professional advisors. We provide China-side coordination, project preparation and communication support where development zones, industrial parks, buyers or implementation partners may be relevant.
Can advisors keep their client relationship?
Yes. LinkwayFDI does not interfere with existing advisor-client relationships. Any referral structure, client protection arrangement, fee model or project-specific cooperation must be agreed separately in writing.
Do you guarantee Chinese subsidies, approvals or investment results?
No. We do not guarantee subsidies, approvals, financing, transactions, buyer interest or investment outcomes. Any policy, site condition or approval must be confirmed by the relevant China-side authority.
Who is this website primarily for?
This website is primarily for European professional advisors, manufacturing companies and industrial project holders seeking structured China-side coordination. Chinese development zones may also use it to understand our European-facing work.
Can you help with SME succession or restructuring situations?
Where appropriate, we can support early-stage China-side relevance screening for selected SME succession, restructuring, lower mid-market M&A or industrial asset situations. We do not provide insolvency, valuation, legal, tax or transaction advice.
Do you require confidential information at the beginning?
No. Initial discussions can begin with non-confidential or anonymized project profiles. Confidential materials should only be shared after an appropriate process and NDA.
What makes LinkwayFDI different from a general intermediary?
We are not focused on mass introductions. Our work is based on selected China-side mandates, development zone communication, structured screening, professional partner coordination and implementation preparation.
Do you charge referral fees or success fees?
Any referral fee, success fee, project fee, client protection arrangement or cooperation model must be discussed separately and confirmed in writing.
